Fees for Services
Please note that all fees must be paid in full before any mediations or arbitrations can begin.
Cancellation Policy
When a mediation or arbitration is scheduled and notices of the mediation are sent, we have a clear policy regarding cancellations. If the mediation is cancelled at least 14 days from the scheduled date for mediation no cancellation fee shall be charged.
The cancellation must be in writing. However, if the mediation is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date for mediation a cancellation fee of 50% of the daily rate per party will be charged to each party.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and the mediator may waive the cancellation fee if the cancellation is due to medical reasons, court intervention, or an event beyond the parties’ control.

Mediation
Full Day (Up to 8 hours) $1600
Half Day (Up to 4 hours) $800
If the mediation goes beyond the scheduled time, there will be an additional charge of $300 per hour, which will be divided between the parties.
A travel fee of $100 per hour for any in-person mediation session that is more than 45 miles away. The time spent on travel, just like the travel expenses, will be shared between the parties. It will be estimated and invoiced before the mediation session.

Arbitration
Full Day (Up to 8 hours) $1500
A Full Day Arbitration session lasts for up to eight (8) hours. Any additional hours beyond eight will be charged at a rate of $300 per hour, and the cost will be split equally between the parties involved.
